New Horizon Academy in Edina, MN seeks an Assistant Director to lead and support our early childhood program. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration with children, families, and staff to foster a safe and stimulating learning environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in licensed settings, prefers an AA in Early Childhood Education, and can meet state licensing and NAEYC accreditation guidelines. We offer growth, benefits, and a collaborative culture.
