Arcadia Care seeks a Dietary Manager to partner with the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Dietary Department across our facility, ensuring quality nutritional services daily and a clean, safe, sanitary environment.

The role emphasizes managing staff, supplies, and equipment, maintaining documentation per policies, and meeting federal, state, and local standards. A $1k sign-on bonus is offered and extensive benefits accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patients care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
