Job summary

Rhoback seeks an Assistant Designer – Special Projects to join our design team. This entry-level role supports the design department by developing special projects, licensed apparel, and accessories, working with Adobe Creative Suite and PLM systems.

A fashion or graphic design degree is preferred. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a passion for sportswear and Rhoback’s brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or graphic design preferred.
• Entry-level; no prior experience required.
• Strong design and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating seasonal line sheets for special projects and licensed apparel assortments.
• Support color CAD creation for collections and logo/print concepts.
• Contribute to accessory design development (headwear, belts, etc.).
• Prepare client pitch decks and design submissions for internal review.
• Coordinate print, trim, and lab dip processes with stakeholders to meet color specs.
