Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
• Leads the salesfloor and drives engagement to achieve store objectives.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to retain a diverse and engaged team.
• Supports daily operating processes such as opening/closing, restocking, and IT/facilities issues.
• Collaborates to execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes and manage markdowns.
• Provides feedback on training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll.
