Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months Fred Meyer experience and 1-2 years related retail experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and work weekends/nights regularly.
• Ability to travel independently on rare basis and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to customers; perform cashier functions.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, labor agreements, safety guidelines, and RMS procedures.
• Respond to customer comments/requests and process incident reports when necessary.
• Promote company initiatives and support store management in daily operations.
• Assist with management duties and cover manager/assistant manager in their absence.
