Qualifications

• Education and professional experience must include dental leadership and supervision.

• Minimum five years professional experience with two years in program supervision.
• Public Health experience is preferred.
• DMD or Doctorate in General Dentistry required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dental Director with supervision and evaluation of department staff.
• Supervise clinical staff and trainees, including residents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (DPH, Joint Commission, HRSA).
• Develop and update department protocols and orientation/training.
• Assist in budgeting, program statistics, and grant writing.
• Manage staff schedules and participate in quality assurance committees.
