Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
• Ensure fresh quality merchandise by proper product handling techniques.
• Assist Deli Manager with daily deli operations, merchandising and staff engagement.
• Coordinate sales and merchandising plans to ensure proper stock levels and freshness.
• Monitor competitor activity related to merchandising, pricing and signage.
• Oversee department inventories and weekly sales reports to support period-end inventories.
• Review schedules and control labor costs; assist with training and recognizing performance.
