Role Description The Assistant Deli Bakery HMS Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Montpelier, VA. This role assists in overseeing daily operations in the deli and bakery departments, including product preparation, merchandising, and inventory management. The individual helps ensure that food safety standards and company policies are followed, while maintaining high levels of product quality, freshness, and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting associates with training and scheduling, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves monitoring sales, helping execute promotional activities, and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
