Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for undergraduate nursing programs across all campuses, ensuring high academic standards and consistent operations.
• Maintain compliance with state and national regulatory and accreditation requirements for nursing education.
• Partner with External Recruitment and Relations to attract exceptional faculty.
• Oversee teaching faculty and staff, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit and retain high‑quality undergraduate nursing students.
• Promote the program across the Commonwealth through engagement, recruitment, and outreach.
• Administer and monitor the undergraduate program’s budget.
• Represent the program in college‑wide and external meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure programs meet standards set by accrediting and regulatory bodies.
• Integrate emerging educational technologies into teaching and learning.
