Job summary

• Earned Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enrollment Services staff, provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, outreach workflows, and referral protocols.
• Assist in budget planning and resource requests for Enrollment Services.
• Represent Enrollment Services on committees and college initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, outreach, and partnerships to increase enrollment.
• Coordinate with Admissions on transfer of records and registration processes.
• Align enrollment activities with FERPA and data privacy requirements.
