Responsibilities

Supervise all on-ground certificate program faculty and participate in recruitment.
Lead onboarding and training of new faculty to policies, curricula and platforms.
Conduct annual classroom observations and guide formal evaluations.
Develop, coordinate and facilitate continuing education and mentorship on educational tech.
Coordinate curriculum implementation with Home Office Education Department.
Review end-of-course surveys to mentor instructors and drive improvement.
Monitor student retention and campus-wide success metrics.
Oversee lab equipment, compliance files, and advisory board meetings.
Participate in leadership meetings and student-centric campus events.
