Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years university administrative experience or leadership in industry.
- Experience in academic program development, assessment, and faculty leadership.
- Experience working within complex organizational structures or partnerships.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with online and hybrid program delivery.
- Background in healthcare or science program development.
- Experience collaborating with external service providers or OPM partners.
- Evidence of scholarly or professional contributions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for College programs.
- Advance academic excellence and accreditation efforts.
- Develop and expand online and on-campus programs at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Lead faculty in hiring, development, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with university partners to align programs with mission and growth goals.
- Oversee student success systems and metrics.
