Qualifications

• Terminal degree (MD or DO) or a related field.
• 3+ years in medical education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Familiarity with LCME standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate curricular content for the MD program.
• Lead assessment integration across courses and threads.
• Support LCME accreditation preparation and site visits.
• Provide faculty development on instructional techniques.
• Collaborate with institutes and course directors on resource planning.
