Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing and communications work experience, ideally in higher education
• Min. of 8 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Master's degree in business or related sub-field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience working with external agencies & consultants
• Experience partnering with advancement/development teams on donor and alumni communications

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for integrated marketing, communications, and external relations for Questrom
• Lead the Dean's senior leadership team and align department initiatives with school priorities
• Provide strategic counsel on reputation, positioning, and external visibility
• Drive measurable outcomes in demand generation and stakeholder engagement
