Advertised Job Summary With direction from the Dean, the Assistant Dean for Admissions serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping, implementing, and advancing the law school’s admissions vision and goals. The assistant dean oversees recruitment, admissions operations, enrollment strategy, scholarship awards, and applicant management to attract and enroll a highly qualified and mission‑aligned class. The successful assistant dean must be able to build strong relationships with top feeder schools and have knowledge of legal education trends, experience with financial aid and scholarship awards, and sensitivity to demographic and market conditions affecting law school applicants.
