Job summary

OSU-Institute of Technology in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies. The role provides operational leadership and support for the School, its faculty, students and programs, reporting to the Dean.

The successful candidate will foster collaboration with constituents, guide policy interpretation, and engage with industry partners to advance initiatives while maintaining high standards of ethics and accountability.

Qualifications

• Credentials to qualify as faculty member; graduate degree(s) preferred.
• Three or more years in collaborative management and leadership; higher education administration preferred.
• Postsecondary teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support for the School and its personnel, students, programs and services.
• Collaborate with the Dean and stakeholders to advance programs and services.
• Engage with community and industry partners to strengthen partnerships.
