Villa Duchesne is seeking an Assistant Dance Team Coach to support our dance program during the athletic season. The Assistant Coach will work with the Head Dance Team Coach to foster a positive team culture while developing student-athletes' technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship in alignment with the school's mission and values.

Villa Duchesne is seeking a positive, energetic, and dependable Assistant Dance Team Coach to support our dance program during the athletic season. Working closely with the Head Dance Team Coach, the Assistant Coach will help foster a positive team culture while developing student-athletes' technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Villa Duchesne.Responsibilities include assisting with instruction and choreography, supporting dance team practices, and helping prepare the team for performances and competitions. The dance season typically runs from November through February. Practices are generally held weekly from 3:30–5:30 p.m., with additional attendance required at basketball games, dance showcases, and competitions throughout the season. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about mentoring students both on and off the performance floor. Candidates must successfully complete STL Protect, CPR/AED, and First Aid training (provided by the school).
