Job summary

KBR Wyle Services, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) - Lead Specialist to join our security team in Beavercreek, OH.

This role supports DoD/IC security programs for SCI and SAP, ensuring compliance with DoD directives and IC standards, and providing security guidance to stakeholders. The ideal candidate independently manages complex security tasks, develops SOPs, oversees accreditation, and coordinates with multiple agencies to maintain robust security

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Willingness to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph and submit to drug testing.
• Minimum 4-8 years of relevant DoD, IC, or industrial security experience.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop security solutions.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security programs for SAP/SCI requirements.
• Serve as alternate security official for SAP/SCI programs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for SCIF/SAPF operations.
• Ensure ICD 705 and facility accreditation compliance.
• Support RMF-based information assurance and classified systems.
• Oversee physical security measures (alarm systems, access controls, TEMPEST).
• Conduct self-inspections, vulnerability assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with SSO/PSO and other authorities for audits and accreditation.
• Certify SAP/SCI accesses for visitors and subcontractors.
• Develop SETA programs for SAP/SCI requirements.
• Assist with PPPs, OPSEC plans, and SOPs.
• Maintain visitor control and records for SCIF/SAPF.
• Support personnel security actions, indoctrinations, debriefings.
• Monitor foreign travel and training requirements.
