Endicott College Office of Sustainability seeks a rowing coach to support the growth of experienced rowers and introduce novices. The position involves recruiting student-athletes and representing the Crew programs at college events.
The successful candidate will help structure training schedules and ensure compliance with league requirements. This role offers a seasonal pay range of $4,000-5,000.

Support the continued growth and development of experienced rowers while also introducing rowing concepts, equipment and technique to novice rowers. Actively recruit student‑athletes and attend college‑wide events to represent the Crew programs. Assure all equipment; medical paperwork; league compliance forms; practice agendas, game schedules are prepared and completed prior to any form of competition.
80 % of Time: Lead, structure and help manage the Crew program to facilitate student athlete development and success.
20 % of Time: Identify and recruit ideal student athletes to join the Crew Program.
Reports to the Associate Director, Athletics. Works under general supervision.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $4,000-5,000 per season. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.
