Job summary

Segrera Associates in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to partner with executive leadership and lead key accounting functions. This active role involves coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and ensuring GAAP-based financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, a bachelor's in accounting, 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills to support process improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting and/or private industry experience considered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
