Job summary

Glastonbury Abbey in Hingham, MA is seeking a Chef's Assistant to join our kitchen team in a peaceful, welcoming community.

This PT role offers hands-on training with our chef, preparing and serving lunch and dinner for a small community of 10 monks and retreat groups of up to 40 guests. 35 hours weekly, Saturday through Wednesday, split shifts, with competitive wages based on experience.

You will train with our chef preparing and serving lunch and dinner for our community of 10 monks and retreat groups of up to approximately 40 guests.

Position details:

• 35 hours per week
• Saturday through Wednesday
• Split shift: 9:30am-12:30pm and 4:00pm-7:00pm
• Competitive wages based on experience and skill level
