Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Cook at YMCA Collins Early Learning Center to assist the Lead Cook in meal prep and service under Head Start CACFP and USDA guidance. Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and serving according to CACFP/USDA guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and inventory of food and utensils.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Follow time schedules and assist with menu substitutions as needed.
• Wear required uniform and hygiene standards when handling food.
