Job description

Responsibilities include:

1. Following recipes and preparing equipment accordingly.
2. Completing setup procedures and notifying the controller before cooking begins.
3. Inspecting and ensuring all equipment and ingredients are prepared and in proper condition.
4. Assisting the cook and stepping in when needed.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of the platform, equipment, and work area, including cleaning lines, processing, and packaging equipment.
6. Handling chemicals, cleaning agents, and working with hot water safely.
7. Performing CIP procedures after production to ensure equipment readiness.
8. Performing additional duties as assigned.
