The Assistant Cook will support the Head Cook in various kitchen operations including food storage, preparation, and service.   • Maintain adequate supplies of disposable paper products to meet daily facility needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards meet or exceed applicable health regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year food service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance required.
• Ability to follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
