Job summary

Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge is seeking a dependable assistant cook to support Oma's Restaurant and catering needs. In this role you will help with food preparation for individual orders, breakfast items, and banquet buffets, while upholding high quality and cleanliness standards.

This is a part-time position with shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm, including weekends and holidays. You will join a kitchen team committed to delivering great guest experiences and operating safely in a busy dining

Are you a dependable, professional beginning your culinary career or a cook that doesn't quite have the knowledge for the next step in your career? Assistant cooks assist with the preparation of food to be prepared for individual orders for Oma's Restaurant, prepare and cook food for breakfast and banquet buffets, and the employee cafe. Assistant cooks are expected to maintain Bavarian Inn Lodge high quality standards and in the sanitation of all food areas.

Hours:

Part-time:18 - 36 hours average work week, may vary in busy and slow seasons, more or less hours accordingly. Work shifts will be any combination of hours between 6:00am and 11:00pm (2 - 5 days a week).

Must be available towork weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
