ProAmpac seeks dedicated manufacturing personnel to support daily operations in our facility. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling materials, packing finished goods, and ensuring product quality and accurate documentation.

Compensation starts at $19.50 per hour with a $1 shift differential after 5pm and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible for promotion into Operator Trainee with potential to advance to Converting Operator at $25/hr and comprehensive benefits.

• Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading/unloading materials as required.
• Pack finished products into boxes with proper labeling.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow waste disposal protocols.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and communicate issues to maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth production processes.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.

Opportunity available for promotion into the Operator Trainee program. Once successfully completing the Operator Trainee program you will be promoted to a Converting Operator at $25/hr.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes regularly cleaning workstations, removing debris, and following established protocols for waste disposal.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless production processes.
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
