Job summary

Foam & Wash in the Hudson Valley operates a 24/7 convenience store and gas station and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced setting. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring shrink reduction and inventory accuracy across all shifts.

Experience in convenience store/gas station environments and NY Lottery is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in convenience store and/or gas station operations.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays (24/7 operations).
• Excellent customer service, friendly and professional.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily operations of the store.

• Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.

Our 24/7 Convenience Store & Gas Station is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.
• Open availability is required, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our store operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.
