Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in IOLTA accounting is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
