Job summary

This role collaborates with senior finance, tax, legal, and external administrators, driving automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements to scale the platform

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in private equity, partnership accounting, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and partnership accounting.
• Experience with fund administrators, external auditors, and investment professionals.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds, co-investment vehicles, and continuation funds.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators; ensure accurate GL activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and quarterly closings.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and schedules.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, reserves, and investor reporting.
• Support tax reporting and regulatory compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting and reporting processes.
