Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fund accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and partnership accounting.
• Experience with fund administrators, auditors, and investment professionals.
• Familiarity with fund accounting systems and financial reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds and related vehicles.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators and close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and partner capital schedules.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Support investment transaction accounting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and GAAP.
• Collaborate across tax, legal, investment, and finance teams on initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and data analytics.
• Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
