The role oversees fund accounting operations, supports the deal team through the investment lifecycle, and aids in financial reporting across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years accounting experience in private equity, real estate, or investment management.
• Strong understanding of fund/partnership accounting and investment reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with fund reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for multiple funds and investment vehicles.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support deal team with transaction execution and closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators.
• Prepare investor reporting packages and performance analyses.
• Review partnership allocations, waterfalls and carried interest calculations.
• Assist with cash management, liquidity planning and treasury activities.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.

This individual will play a key role in overseeing fund accounting operations, supporting the deal team throughout the investment lifecycle, and assisting with financial reporting and fund accounting functions across the platform.

Responsibilitis

• Assist in overseeing the financial reporting for multiple private equity funds and investment vehicles
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAA
• Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and workpaper preparation
• Support the deal team with transaction execution and closing activities
• Coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators
• Prepare investor reporting packages, capital account statements, and performance analyses
• Review partnership allocations, waterfalls, and carried interest calculations
• Assist with cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury-related activities
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of accounting experience within private equity, real estate, investment management, or public accounting
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, partnership accounting, and investment reporting
• Experience supporting investment/deal teams in a fast-paced environme
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with accounting platforms and fund reporting systems preferred
