Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead a hands-on accounting function, owning month-end close, financial reporting and strong controls across Ruprecht and KPC. The role requires deep debits-and-credits knowledge, multi-entity consolidations, AR/AP oversight and treasury coordination, with ERP experience in SYSPRO and Oracle FCCS.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
Significant hands-on general ledger accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and US GAAP experience.
Experience with multi-entity consolidations, AR/AP oversight, treasury, external audits and accounting controls.

Responsibilities

Own monthly close process including journal entries, accruals, general ledger integrity and timely financial reporting.
Oversee reconciliations and internal controls; investigate discrepancies and strengthen controls.
Manage multi-entity consolidations and flow of financial information from SYSPRO to Oracle FCCS.
Coordinate treasury activities, 13-week cash forecast, banking requirements and related administration.
Serve as primary accounting contact for external audits, regulatory reporting and tax advisors.
Lead accounting team and partner with G&A leaders to drive process improvements.
