Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising payroll processing with ADP/Dayforce/Workday.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise payroll processing from start to finish.
• Collaborate with HR and finance on payroll-related controls.
• Analyze cost accounting and manufacturing overhead for accuracy.
• Prepare reports using SAP and OneStream.
