Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration across HR and finance, data-driven reporting, and ongoing process improvements within ERP ecosystems. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising payroll processing with ADP/Dayforce/Workday.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
