Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields accounting and/or business.
• 5-7 years of financial analysis and/or computerized cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire month-end closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis for production orders and identify saving potential.
• Conduct performance assessment of production with inventory monitoring and cost reduction alignment.
• Support all financial processes for month-end closing, planning, forecast, budget and reporting.
• Lead and manage all controlling and financial issues, providing hands-on support for site growth.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory for three plants and assist with year-end audit.
