• Bachelor's degree required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 6+ years of professional accounting with 3+ years in management.
• Strong cost accounting, internal controls and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting to GAAP and industry standards.
• Develop, implement policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Set and monitor budgets across departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax filings.
• Manage cash flow projections and banking relations.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end close processes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
