Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks a senior finance leader to oversee all corporate accounting operations for the management company, driving close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the firm’s operating entities.

In this role, you will partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, manage vendor and payroll processes, and lead efforts to enhance financial infrastructure and scalability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of corporate accounting experience from an asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the management company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across the firm’s operating entities.
• Own the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate management reporting, expense analysis, and financial insights to senior leadership and investment professionals.
• Partner with the CFO and firm leadership on strategic initiatives, including fund launches, portfolio support activities, compensation planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Oversee management company expenses, vendor relationships, payroll, allocations, and operating processes while driving efficiency and scalability.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Enhance finance infrastructure through process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives to build a best-in-class finance function that supports the firm’s growth.
