Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting, job cost, WIP, and billing.
• Experience with month-end close processes and payroll processing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Own cash flow visibility and forecasting support.
