Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our Finance and Accounting team in Seminole, OK. You will lead the close, prepare GAAP-compliant statements, and deliver executive reporting while partnering with leaders to improve profitability and cash flow.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, support audits, and drive internal controls in a fast-paced, growing environment. A CPA/CMA and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Seven+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• IPO/SEC readiness or SOX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and reports.
• Develop recurring management reporting packages for executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
• Support audits, technical accounting, and due diligence.
• Establish SOX-ready internal controls and scalable processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Lead ERP and finance-process improvements.
