CFS is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead regional financial reporting with direct collaboration to an overseas parent company. This role involves consolidating results across 16 subsidiary locations, shaping accounting policy, and driving standardization across ERP and general ledger processes.

The position emphasizes interaction with external auditors and governmental bodies, with a focus on GAAP/IFRS adoption and transformation initiatives within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• CPA, CMA, MBA preferred; manufacturing experience and ERP familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidated financial reporting for the parent company.
• Analyze subsidiary financial results, investigate variances, and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Oversee account reconciliations, journal entry reviews, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate intercompany allocations, chargebacks, and corporate expense distributions.
• Partner with internal and external auditors on policy development and new standard implementation.
• Support ERP general ledger standardization, process improvements, and financial reporting enhancements.
