Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required or CPA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of accounting/financial management experience.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
