Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller for a highly respected NYC-based alternative investment manager focused on private credit. This role suits someone with a public accounting or public-to-private background looking to impact a growing team.

Based in NYC with in-office presence, you will partner with the investment team on valuations, assist with financial statements, and support external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely audits and robust financial

Qualifications

• Experience in public accounting or public-to-private environments.
• Strong financial statement preparation and disclosure skills.
• Experience with investment valuations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedules and materials for financial statements and disclosures.
• Partner with the investment team during quarterly valuation processes.
• Analyze valuations and their impact on financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to complete audits and tax requirements.

COMPENSATION

Base: $150,000-$250,000

Total Compensation: $200,000-$350,000

Compensation commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the preparation of schedules, calculations, and supporting materials for financial statement preparation and disclosures
• Partner closely with the investment team throughout the quarterly investment valuation process
• Analyze investment valuations and assess their impact on financial reporting
• Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure the timely completion of annual audit and tax requirements
• Support various corporate accounting, reporting, and financial analysis initiatives
