Responsibilities

• Assist the VP, Controller with GAAP accounting and reporting.
• Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
• Develop and issue timely monthly financial records for Management.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including documentation, testing, and reporting on internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Support the local Controllers to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards during monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; and recommending plans.
• Lead initiatives to streamline and improve financial reporting processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the IT department to maintain financial records, system processes, and develop/refine reporting tools.
• Ensure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals.
