Voyager is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to lead accounting for the Products and Maneuver divisions in a hybrid Denver/Littleton setting. You will partner with the CAO and Internal Controls to scale the finance function and ensure accurate reporting.
The role requires 6+ years in public company accounting, CPA, and strong Excel/MS Office skills, with a focus on US GAAP, internal controls, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The Company is seeking a hands‑on, experienced, proactive, and driven Assistant Controller to build, manage, and scale the Company’s accounting and finance organization, to serve as a point of contact for the organization’s accounting and internal control activities and act as the primary lead on leading the accounting for the Products and Maneuver divisions. The Assistant Controller will be a key partner to the Chief Accounting Officer, Director of SOX and Internal Controls, and Controller and will advise executive leadership on important financial decisions. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across the division. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working in our Denver or Littleton, Colorado offices per an agreed upon schedule.
Base salary range: $140,000 – $160,000. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
