  • Support the monthly accounting close process.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with subcontractor 1099s and other IRS year-end reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit packages and board reporting.
  • Perform credit card management and reconciliations.
  • Support and train junior staff members, as appropriate.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.

The Assistant Controller will support our outsourced accounting clients and work closely with senior team members to help maintain accurate financial records, prepare reporting, and support day-to-day accounting functions.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative on projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
