Assistant Controller

Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 DOE

The Opportunity

This role has been created to support continued growth and increasing operational complexity across multiple business units. The Assistant Controller will take ownership of key accounting functions, help drive accurate financial reporting, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership. You’ll work closely with the Controller, accounting team, and operational leaders while gaining visibility into strategic initiatives that impact the business.
