About the role

The Assistant Control Room Operator leads and directs employees under general supervision. They operate the facility, monitor all plant systems continuously, respond to alarms, and assist in plant start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring safe, environmentally efficient, and productive operations. The role requires a Massachusetts Third Class Engineers License* pursuant to chapter 146 of the M.G.L.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Massachusetts Third Class Engineers License* pursuant to chapter 146 of the M.G.L.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training preferred
• Must pass a job-related qualifying examination
