Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience desired.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.
• Knowledge of safety codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate volunteers to complete residential tasks.
• Prepare job sites with tools, materials, and safety equipment.
• Assign work to and supervise volunteer crew leaders.
• Support the volunteer experience and affiliate operations as needed.
• Deliver materials and tools to job sites for workdays.
• File receipts for financial tracking and payment of invoices.
• Maintain organization of tools, materials, and construction vehicles.
• Assist in affiliate duties as assigned.
