Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of foreman or assistant superintendent experience in residential construction.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of residential home building process.
• Basic knowledge of IRC and local inspection requirements.
• Ability to drive pickups/trailers and operate construction equipment.
• Willingness to teach others basic hands-on construction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents with building homes on schedule and budget.
• Assist with scheduling, managing, and inspecting subcontractor work.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times.
• Transport materials and tools using Habitat trucks and trailers.
• Lead volunteer build days with 25–35 volunteers.
• Prepare jobsite for volunteer build days with tools and PPE on site.
• Ensure inspections and reports follow approved plans and manuals.
• Assist with homebuyer walk-throughs and punch lists.
• Complete warranty visits and address issues promptly.
