Position Overview

Our local construction client in Miami is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support the execution of a renovation addition project. Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily site operations for interior and renovation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections to ensure project schedules are met.
